Women’s Network is an organization that focuses on training, research and thought

Our training equips women in all stages of their life and career with leadership and management skill sets through best-in-class curriculum and facilitators to support their career advancement and professional goals, and is meant to create a well-trained talent pipeline for leadership opportunities in Northeast Ohio.

Our research seeks to understand and report on the women’s leadership landscape by providing data and survey-driven feedback to inform employers and the community on the current status and progress of women in the workplace.

Through our research, training and experience, the Women’s Network is a trusted source for women in the workplace and a thought leader in our community. Our thought leadership takes shape in the form of speaking engagements, white papers, and our upcoming Leadership Summit, “FLUX: A Movement for Change,” which will be a full- day conference to raise awareness and movement toward more equitable workplaces.
